Not shown are 6" plus deep holes and ruts in packed snow/ice on the lower roadway. The snow was not removed for well over a day. Pickup trucks with extra wide blades were not capable of cutting through the packed snow. They simply floated on top and mostly just removed the loose snow.
Next two photos show snow removal at the adjacent strata done by the same contractor. Comparing the striking difference in job fulfillment between stratas, little wonder the contractor got onsite 'guidance' at Florence Grove!
