UPDATE: We sold our country home. This makes some of these pages obsolete. However, most still contain useful information.

The primary objective of this site is to:

• have a place to post information I can quickly access from any computer, phone or tablet anywhere/anytime 
• Save your time. I spend most of my life researching, so you don't have to.
• share my research results (scattered throughout the site) ..more

• make available local information, generally not posted on local websites - Buying - Wine growing

What this site is generally not intended for (there are a few exceptions):

• professionals or experts (only for beginners and those wishing to take the next step)
• info that is obvious or easily web searched by beginners
• this site is also not intended to be a business site or a source of income.
